My primary motivation now is to offer unparalleled service to my clients while also achieving significant financial success. It’s a rewarding field, but the toxic culture within our sector has left me feeling burned out and eager for change.
As December came to a close, I reflected on my recent contributions—bringing in $90,000 for my firm over just three months through the relationships I have painstakingly nurtured.
