Affordable Client Portal Suggestions
Hello everyone! I appreciate you taking the time to read my post. We were previously using Nimbus (Fusebase) for our Client Portal, but we’ve found that many features have been removed, and their support team has been unresponsive. I’m looking for recommendations on budget-friendly tools that allow clients to view resumes. What do you use? Thank you!

Hi there! I understand the frustration with Nimbus and the need for a reliable client portal. Here are a few affordable alternatives you might consider:
Google Drive: You can create shared folders to organize resumes and documents, with control over who has access. It’s user-friendly and works well for collaboration.
Dropbox: Similar to Google Drive, it allows you to store and share files easily. You can set permissions and manage shared links for privacy.
Cliently: This tool offers client portals with options for sending documents and tracking client interactions, relatively affordable for small businesses.
ClientPortal: Specifically designed for client interactions, this tool allows you to manage projects, documents, and communication in one place. They also have flexible pricing plans.
Trello: While primarily a project management tool, you can create boards for each client and attach resumes and important files.
Slack: If you’re already using it for communication, consider setting up a dedicated channel for sharing resumes and updates. You can also integrate file-sharing services for ease of access.
It might be useful to test a couple of these platforms to find the one that best fits your needs. Good luck!
