Commission Structures: What’s Your Split Between Recruiter and Account Manager?

In most agencies, there’s a defined commission distribution between Recruiters and Account Managers (AMs). Typically, the AM is responsible for bringing in the business, while the Recruiter takes care of filling those roles, so a split is often warranted due to their shared efforts.
