Seeking Recommendations for CRM/ATS Systems
I run a staffing company specializing in the light industrial and clerical sectors, and I currently have a team of four recruiters. We’re in the market for a new CRM/ATS system. I received a quote from Bullhorn, which came to about $250 per user per month, plus substantial one-time implementation fees.
I’m curious if anyone has insights on pricing for other platforms, as we are currently using Akken. I’ve heard positive feedback about Avionté and TempWorks—does anyone know how their pricing compares? Thanks in advance for your help!

When exploring CRM/ATS options for your staffing company, it’s important to consider both cost and the specific features you need. Bullhorn is a popular choice but can be pricey with both monthly fees and implementation costs.
Here’s a brief overview of potential alternatives:
Avionté: Typically ranges from $99 to $120 per user per month, but costs can vary based on the features you select. It has a strong reputation for its customizable solutions and good customer support, which can be a valuable asset for your recruiters.
TempWorks: Pricing can be competitive, often around $50 to $100 per user per month, depending on your configuration and number of users. It’s known for its flexibility and strong integration capabilities, especially if you work with various vendors.
JobDiva: It generally falls in the $60 to $90 per user per month range. JobDiva is praised for its strong resume parsing and comprehensive reporting features, which might be beneficial for pinpointing candidate suitability in the light industrial and clerical sectors.
Crelate: Priced around $55 to $70 per user per month, Crelate offers a user-friendly interface and solid functionality, particularly for smaller firms and those familiar with cloud-based systems.
SmartRecruiters: While it can be a bit higher, it offers a free basic version with access to essential features, along with tiered pricing for additional functionality.
Before making a decision, consider taking advantage of free trials or demos to see how each system aligns with your team’s workflow. It might also be worthwhile to reach out to each vendor and discuss your specific needs, as you may be able to negotiate better pricing based on your team size and requirements. Good luck in finding the right fit for your staffing business!
