Hello, everyone. I’m currently facing the challenging task of searching for a new job, and it’s proving to be quite difficult. With over 15 years of experience in the tech field, I used to have recruiters actively seeking me out. However, lately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in interest from them. The job applications I’ve submitted seem to be getting automatically rejected, and the responses I receive often feel impersonal and automated.

Has there been a shift in the tech industry that’s causing more skilled candidates to be filtered out? If so, what can I do to ensure my application reaches an actual person? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
