Is this achievable?
Hey everyone,
I currently use VOIP on my PC for calls and a separate mobile number for when I’m on the go, using apps like WhatsApp. I’m looking to streamline this to a single mobile phone number that I can use both at my desk and while traveling. Is this possible? Any suggestions?

Yes, it’s definitely possible to consolidate your VOIP calls and mobile number into a single mobile phone! Here are some options you can consider:
Mobile VoIP Apps: Many VoIP services have mobile apps (e.g., Skype, WhatsApp, Google Voice) that allow you to make calls using your mobile data or Wi-Fi. You can use these apps on your smartphone to handle your VOIP calls seamlessly.
Dual SIM Phones: If you want to keep your current mobile number, you could consider getting a dual SIM phone. This allows you to maintain both your existing mobile number and a VOIP service on the same device.
Forwarding Calls: Check if your VoIP service allows you to forward calls to your mobile number. This way, you can receive calls from both numbers on your mobile device without needing separate services.
Integrated VoIP Service: Some mobile carriers offer integrated VoIP services that allow you to make calls via your mobile number using their network. Research your mobile provider to see if they offer any such service.
Using a Softphone: If your VOIP provider has a softphone application, you can use it on your mobile phone, allowing you to make and receive calls as you would from your PC.
Choose the option that best suits your needs, and you’ll be good to go! If you have any specific services in mind, I can help you look into them further.
