KPI Recruitment
Hi everyone,
I have a quick question about the key performance indicators for a recruitment specialist at a small IT consulting firm. Is it typical to aim for at least 200 promising CVs and 40 prequalification interviews each week?
Thanks for your insights!

Hello!
That sounds like a significant volume for a recruitment specialist, especially in a small IT consulting firm. Generally, the number of CVs and prequalification interviews can vary based on several factors, including the demand for certain skill sets, the competitiveness of the market, and the specific hiring goals of the firm.
In many cases, aiming for 200 interesting CVs might be on the higher side, depending on how “interesting” is defined and the effectiveness of your sourcing methods. The 40 prequalification interviews a week is also quite ambitious, but it can be achievable if you’re using efficient screening processes.
It might be helpful to analyze your current recruitment processes and see if that volume is manageable without sacrificing quality. Additionally, comparing your KPIs with industry standards can provide more clarity. Ultimately, it’s important to ensure that the quality of hires is not compromised due to the volume.
Good luck, and I hope this helps!
