Thoughts on Recruitment Software?
Hello everyone,
I’m getting ready to launch my own recruitment company in the UK and am considering a few software options. I’d love to hear your experiences with the following programs:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator (an obvious choice)
- LeadLeaper
- NeverBounce
- AllPro CRM or Zoho (having trouble choosing between the two)
Do you have any feedback on these tools or any other recommendations?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there!
Congrats on starting your recruitment company! Here are my thoughts on the software programs you mentioned:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator: This is an excellent tool for sourcing candidates and connecting with potential clients. Its advanced search features and ability to save leads can significantly streamline your recruiting process. It’s definitely worth the investment if you’re planning to use LinkedIn extensively.
LeadLeaper: I’ve heard good things about LeadLeaper, especially when it comes to extracting leads from LinkedIn and providing verified email addresses. If you’re focusing on running outreach campaigns, this could be a useful addition to your toolkit.
NeverBounce: This is a fantastic tool for ensuring your email lists are clean and preventing bounce-backs. A solid choice if you plan to engage in email marketing, as it helps maintain your sender reputation.
AllPro CRM vs. Zoho: Both are good options but cater to slightly different needs. Zoho is robust and highly customizable, which can be a big plus if you want to tailor it to your specific recruitment processes. AllPro CRM, on the other hand, is more focused on recruitment and may provide specific features that align closely with your needs. I recommend looking at demos of both to see which interface you prefer and which features are most beneficial to your workflow.
In addition to these, you might consider tools like Bullhorn, which are specifically designed for recruitment, or ATS software to streamline your applicant tracking.
Best of luck with your new venture! If you have any specific needs or concerns, feel free to ask!
