Recruitment Tenders
Hi everyone! I’m not entirely sure if this is the right community for this discussion, but I thought I’d give it a shot. I have some experience in recruitment and have been exploring a few low-value government contracts. Do you think it would be beneficial for me to partner with another agency to increase my chances of securing more contracts, or should I pursue this independently? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

It’s great that you’re exploring opportunities in recruitment tenders! Partnering with another agency can be a strategic move, especially when starting out. Here are a few points to consider:
Increased Resources and Expertise: Collaborating with another agency can give you access to more resources, knowledge, and expertise, which might enhance your ability to bid on contracts successfully.
Shared Risks: Partnering can help spread the financial and operational risks associated with bidding on contracts. This could be particularly beneficial if you’re working with low-value contracts.
Broader Reach: A partnership may allow you to tap into a wider network and client base, increasing your chances of securing contracts.
Competitive Edge: Two agencies working together may present a stronger proposal than a single agency, showcasing a more robust portfolio and experience.
However, going at it alone has its benefits too, such as maintaining full control over your business decisions and retaining all profits. Ultimately, consider your current capabilities, market knowledge, and comfort level with collaboration to determine the best path forward. Good luck!
