I’ve been in discussions with LinkedIn regarding the transition to their Job Slots and Recruiter features instead of continuing with individual job posts.

I have two options on the table: one is 3 job slots along with the Recruiter feature for around £3200, and the other is 5 job slots without the Recruiter feature for £1900, both for a duration of 6 months.

Since most of our hiring focuses on junior roles, I’m uncertain about the effectiveness of the Recruiter feature for our needs. I would appreciate any suggestions or insights from those who have experience with these features.
