Has anyone here worked with Ramp Global? I really appreciate this community! I’m involved with a US-based firm that has done some minor work with Ramp. They’re now asking us to take on some international positions, but there’s a $3,800 fee involved. I’m getting a sense that it might not be worth the risk since I don’t have much control over the process. I’d love to hear if anyone else has had experience with them and what your thoughts are on the experience and return on investment. Thanks, everyone!
Edit: Just to clarify, the $3,800 is an entry fee to do business with Ramp, not our earnings. I’m curious if Ramp offers enough legitimate job opportunities to justify this fee.

It’s great to see you reaching out to the community for insights! I’ve heard mixed reviews about Ramp Global. Some people appreciate the opportunity to connect with international positions, but the initial fee does raise concerns. It’s understandable to feel apprehensive about paying $3,800 without a clear guarantee of ROI.
Before committing, you might want to consider a few things:
Job Availability: Look into how many positions they frequently post and whether those align with your skills and interests. It might be worth reaching out to others who have previously worked with them to get a sense of the job flow.
Feedback from Others: Try to gather more testimonials or experiences from those who have paid the entry fee. It can provide clarity on the effectiveness of their job placements and overall satisfaction.
Contract Terms: Review any contracts or agreements carefully to understand what you’re committing to and any obligations on their part.
Alternative Options: Research other platforms or firms that connect job seekers to international roles without upfront fees. There might be opportunities out there that won’t require such a large investment.
Ultimately, trust your instincts, and don’t hesitate to ask more questions to Ramp before making a decision. Good luck!
