Seeking ATS/CRM Recommendations

I’ve spent quite a bit of time digging through posts and doing my own research, but I’m having trouble finding a software solution that meets the specific needs of my startup contract staffing agency in the life sciences sector.
My partner and I have experience with various platforms, and interestingly, some of our favorites were proprietary systems like eRecruit and Compass. Currently, we’re using Recruit CRM based on recommendations, but we’ve realized it lacks a separate lead pipeline, which is essential for our contract staffing approach.
I could really use your help in identifying an integrated ATS/CRM that includes the following features (and fingers crossed, something out there meets these criteria):
- Customizable candidate/contact profile fields
- AI-driven resume sourcing
- Integration with LinkedIn Recruiter (or a custom API for viewing existing candidates)
- The ability to create leads within candidate profiles that can be viewed independently and converted to contact profiles
- Robust analytics and reporting capabilities
