IT Recruitment vs. Tech/SaaS Sales: Seeking Insights

I’m becoming increasingly weary of my role in IT Recruitment, and I’m curious about how it stacks up against a career in SaaS Sales.

I genuinely enjoy the aspects of sales, negotiation, and social intelligence that come with IT Recruitment, and I have a solid understanding of the tech industry from a recruitment standpoint.

Has anyone here experienced both fields? I’d love to hear your thoughts on how these roles compare at a high level. I recognize that many skills are transferable, and if I’m considering a transition, I’d like to do it sooner rather than later.
