Transitioning from Recruitment
After spending a couple of years in agency recruitment with the same company in the UK, I started in a graduate role, which seems to be the norm for many.
While I’ve experienced my share of highs and lows, I’ve grown increasingly dissatisfied with my job in recent months and am not looking to pursue a long-term career in this industry.
For those who have made a similar move or are considering it, what roles or fields would you recommend? I hold a business degree and am interested in areas like HR and Marketing, but I’m unsure about my next steps.
