Hello everyone! I’m excited to share that I participate in a weekly gathering for recruiters across the industry called The Recruiter Roundtable. Best of all, participation is completely free! We’re not monetized, don’t sell anything, and there are no hidden fees or paywalls. Our goal is to create a space for recruiters and headhunters—especially those who are solo or remote—to come together to discuss topics, share insights, and tackle challenges.
While everyone in the industry is welcome to attend, joining in on discussions is completely optional. Many participants simply listen in with their cameras off, and we wholeheartedly welcome any suggestions for guest speakers or new topics.

This sounds like an amazing opportunity for recruiters to connect and learn from one another! I love the idea of having expert demos every week, especially during SOURCETACULAR. The lineup of guests looks impressive and I’m sure they’ll have some valuable insights to share. It’s refreshing to see a space that promotes open discussion and sharing of knowledge without any monetary barriers.
I’m especially curious about the sessions with Seamless.AI and Nebula.io—those tools have been gaining a lot of attention lately. It’s great to know that participation is flexible, too. I might just drop in to listen in and learn from others’ experiences.
Also, I’ll definitely make a note to share this in the r/recruiting community since it seems like it could benefit many there. Keep up the great work with The Recruiter Roundtable, and I hope to catch one of the sessions soon!
