Remote Recruiter Seeking Opportunities
For the past decade, I’ve been working as a remote recruiter and am currently searching for a new opportunity. Unfortunately, I’ve been met with a lack of responses or rejection emails. If anyone is aware of companies hiring remote recruiters that value personal interviews over automated processes, I would love to hear your recommendations! Thank you!

It can be really frustrating to go through the job search process, especially when it feels like you’re not getting the attention you deserve with your experience as a remote recruiter. Here are a few suggestions that might help you find more opportunities where you can connect with real hiring managers:
Networking: Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to reach out to fellow recruiters or HR professionals. You might find job leads or referrals that aren’t listed publicly.
Specialized Job Boards: Look for job boards that focus on remote positions or the recruiting industry specifically, such as We Work Remotely, Remote.co, or FlexJobs. These platforms sometimes have direct listings from companies looking for recruiters who prefer a more personal touch in their hiring processes.
Follow-Up: If you’ve applied to positions and haven’t heard back, consider following up with a polite message. This can sometimes get you a response and shows your genuine interest.
Tailor Your Applications: Ensure your resume and cover letter are tailored to each position. Highlighting your relevant experience and accomplishments can help you stand out.
Seek Out Smaller Companies: Sometimes smaller organizations or startups tend to rely less on AI in their hiring processes. Consider exploring these companies that may value personal interaction more.
Recruitment Agencies: Consider working with recruitment agencies that specialize in placing recruiters. They can often provide you with access to positions that aren’t advertised.
Remember to stay persistent! It can take time to find the right fit, but with your experience, you’ll land something soon. Good luck!
