Niche Frustrations: One major issue I’ve encountered is the difficulty in parsing non-standard or creatively formatted resumes. Also, managing candidate databases can be tedious, especially when candidates reapply or when we don’t have a simple way to tag them based on their interests or past interactions.
Eliminating a Tedious Task: If I could eliminate one tedious task, it would be follow-up emails for scheduling interviews. It’s often a back-and-forth that can waste time. A tool that could automate this process—using pre-set times or utilizing AI to suggest suitable slots—would be a game-changer.
