Communication Gaps: Keeping all parties informed—candidates, hiring managers, and team members—can be challenging. Delays in feedback can lead to candidate drop-off.
Technology Integration: While we rely on various tools for recruitment (ATS, sourcing platforms), integrating them smoothly into our workflow can be difficult, and training team members on new technologies can take time.
