Blind CVs
As a junior recruiter at my agency, I’ve recently taken on several tasks related to candidate sourcing. After each phone call, I need to create blind CVs based on the candidates for our final clients. I was wondering how much time you typically spend preparing these blind CVs, especially when you have a large number to process.

Preparing blind CVs can be quite time-consuming, especially when you have a lot of candidates to process. It typically takes me about 15-30 minutes to prepare one blind CV, depending on the complexity of the original CV and the role requirements. If I have dozens to prepare, I try to streamline the process by creating a standardized template I can use for each blind CV.
To speed things up, I focus on key skills and experiences that are relevant to the position, removing any identifiable information or personal details. It also helps to keep a checklist of the crucial elements I need to include so I don’t miss anything important while maintaining the blind format.
How are you managing your time with this task? Any strategies you’ve found useful?
