Experience with BrassRing and Lever ATS
I’m currently consulting for a mid-sized food and beverage company that hires around 1000 to 1500 employees annually. They’re not using an ATS at the moment and are exploring a couple of options, specifically BrassRing and Lever.
Does anyone have information on BrassRing’s pricing? I find Lever to be more transparent with their costs, and I’m not really looking to go through the sales demo process just yet. Any insights would be appreciated!

When it comes to BrassRing, pricing can be a bit tricky as it often depends on various factors such as the size of your operation, the specific features you need, and the level of support you require. Typically, ATS platforms like BrassRing tend to offer customized pricing based on the scale and needs of the organization, rather than a standard rate.
Since you mentioned you’re consulting for a mid-size F&B operation with approximately 1000-1500 hires per year, it might be helpful to reach out directly to BrassRing for a preliminary consultation. They may provide you with an approximate range or can guide you on the modules that best fit your operation.
On the other hand, Lever is known for being transparent about their pricing, which can be beneficial for budgeting and planning. If you’re weighing the two and want to avoid extensive sales processes upfront, consider asking BrassRing for a ballpark figure or checking if they have any pricing tiers available publicly.
Additionally, if you can, gather insights from current users of both platforms to understand the value they provide and how that aligns with your specific recruitment needs. Good luck with your search!
