Transitioning from 360 to 270 Recruitment

Hello everyone! I have an exciting opportunity on the table to join another company in a 270 recruitment role. This position would involve managing client relationships, discussing job specifications, delivering suitable candidates, and facilitating successful placements on both sides.

The compensation structure includes a commission of up to 15% for any monthly billing over £24,000, with a commission of around 10-12% for amounts below that. The base salary offered is approximately £35,000, and the company aims to expand into the EU and US markets in the future.

Currently, I work at a large agency focused on public sector roles, while this opportunity is in the private tech sector.
