I’m looking for software that can assist with managing and streamlining the resume process for our school’s hiring needs. To give you some background, I’ve recently joined an established school in India that receives between 50 to 80 applications daily. These resumes are sent to a single email account, printed, reviewed for key highlights and suitability, photocopied with comments, and then submitted to upper management for interview scheduling and further action.
I’m hoping to find a solution that can:
A) Allow for bulk uploading of all resumes to create a centralized candidate database.
B) Include intelligent search features to filter resumes by specific keywords such as “degree,” “location,” or “years of experience.”
C) Help manage the application process by tracking the status, follow-ups, and notes on each candidate.
Any suggestions?

Absolutely, there are several Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume parsing software that can streamline your recruitment process and help you manage the volume of applications more efficiently. Here are a few options that align with your needs:
BambooHR: While known for its HR management features, it also has an ATS that can help you manage applicants, track their status, and search for keywords.
Resume Parsing Software:
RChilli: This resume parser integrates with various ATS and can help you extract key information from resumes automatically to build a candidate database.
Collaboration and Tracking Tools:
When looking for a solution, consider taking advantage of free trials to evaluate how well the software fits your requirements. It would also be beneficial to involve your management in the decision-making process to ensure it meets their expectations and facilitates your workflow.
