Exploring Recruitment Marketing
I’m curious to gather some insights…
What’s your perspective on recruitment marketing?
While personal branding is essential, what about company marketing? Does it still hold value?
If there were a company managing your marketing efforts (with your consent), would that be something you’d consider appealing?
I appreciate your thoughts!

Hi there!
Great topic! Recruitment marketing has evolved significantly, and it’s more important than ever to strike the right balance between personal branding and company branding.
Personal branding is definitely crucial, as candidates nowadays want to feel a connection with the individuals at a company, not just the brand itself. It helps build trust and authenticity. However, company marketing still holds significant value. It can enhance a candidate’s perception of the company culture, values, and opportunities available, making it an integral part of the recruitment process.
Regarding the idea of having a company execute your marketing on your behalf, with approval, I think it can be very appealing. It allows for a more consistent and professional representation while freeing up time for individual recruiters to focus on building relationships and engaging with candidates. However, it’s essential that there’s a solid collaboration to ensure the messaging aligns well with personal branding.
I’d love to hear others’ thoughts on this! Do you think there’s a risk of losing authenticity with outsourced marketing?
Looking forward to the discussion!
