Recruitment Tenders
Hello everyone,
I hope this is the right place for my question. I have some experience in recruitment and I’m currently exploring low-value government contracts. I’m considering whether it would be more effective to partner with another agency to increase my chances of securing contracts, or if I should pursue opportunities on my own. What do you think? Any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like you’re considering some strategic options for approaching government recruitment tenders. Partnering with another agency can definitely provide some advantages, especially if they have established relationships and a good track record with government clients. Collaborating can also allow you to combine resources, share expertise, and enhance your proposal’s competitiveness.
On the other hand, going at it alone could give you more control over your processes and potentially higher profit margins if you win contracts on your own. It really depends on your current capabilities, network, and how comfortable you are navigating the procurement process independently.
If you decide to partner, look for an agency that complements your strengths and has a good understanding of the specific contracts you’re targeting. If you feel confident in your abilities and have a solid plan in place, going solo might also be a viable option.
Ultimately, assess your goals and resources before making a decision. Good luck!
