Subscriptions for Sourcing Platforms
Good evening, recruiters!
I’d like to get your insights on a matter.
If your organization offers access to just one sourcing platform, such as Indeed, would you be willing to invest in subscriptions to additional platforms to enhance your ability to fill more positions? Or would you prefer to rely solely on the options provided by your company?

Good evening!
That’s a great question and definitely something worth considering. I believe it largely depends on the specific hiring needs of the company and the roles we’re trying to fill.
If the single sourcing platform isn’t yielding enough quality candidates or if it’s limiting in terms of reaching diverse talent pools, I would be inclined to invest in other subscriptions. Platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, or niche job boards can often attract different audiences, which might be beneficial for specialized roles.
On the other hand, if the company’s current platform is performing well and meeting our needs effectively, it might make sense to stick with what we have and maximize its potential first.
Ultimately, I think it’s about balancing costs with the potential return on investment in finding the right talent. What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of the platforms you’ve used?
