Where can I find recruiters?
Hello! I have a solid experience in my career and I’m looking to transition from an agency role to an in-house position. Does anyone know how I can discover which recruitment agencies specific companies or brands partner with when they’re not utilizing in-house recruiters? Any insights would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hi! Transitioning from agency to in-house can be a great move. To find out which recruitment agencies particular companies or brands use, consider the following strategies:
Networking: Reach out to your contacts in the industry. Fellow professionals often know which agencies their companies partner with for hiring.
LinkedIn Research: Explore the LinkedIn profiles of employees in the companies you’re interested in. Sometimes they mention their recruitment agencies in their profiles or posts.
Recruitment Agency Websites: Some agencies list their clients or case studies. Browse through their sites and see if the companies you’re targeting are mentioned.
Job Boards: Look for job postings from your target companies and see if they mention specific agencies in the posting.
Forums and Groups: Join industry-specific forums or LinkedIn groups. You might find discussions about recruitment partners being used by certain companies.
Recruitment Events & Conferences: Attend industry events where you can connect directly with recruiters and learn more about their relationships with companies.
Cold Outreach: Don’t hesitate to reach out to agencies with a specialized focus on your industry. They may be able to guide you on which companies they work with.
Good luck with your transition!
