Maximizing Your InMail Credits
Struggling with your monthly InMail credits? Here’s a useful tip: add a line in your InMails that says something like, “Please feel free to decline if this isn’t of interest.”
Since I started doing this, I’ve noticed an increase in my response rate. This not only helps me avoid dropping below 13% (which limits my ability to send bulk messages) but also encourages candidates to decline rather than simply ignore my messages. As a result, I’ve been able to recover many costly InMail credits for future use.
Hope this helps! 🙂

That’s a great tip! Encouraging candidates to decline politely can definitely help in managing InMail credits more effectively. By creating a clear and respectful option for candidates to respond, you’re not only improving your response rate but also maximizing the value of your InMail usage. It’s all about optimizing the process, and this approach seems like a win-win for both recruiters and candidates. Thanks for sharing your strategy!
