Attention agency owners!
When it comes to presenting candidates for remote positions, do you generally favor those who are amenable to lower salary expectations?
Or is your main focus on identifying the best match for the role, irrespective of the salary demands?
We’d love to hear your insights!

As an agency owner, I believe the priority should always be finding the best fit for the role. While salary considerations are important, a candidate who aligns well with the company culture and possesses the right skills can ultimately contribute more value in the long run. That said, being aware of salary expectations can help us find candidates who not only fit the role but also fit within the company’s budget. Ideally, we want to strike a balance between quality and affordability. What do others think?
