Is this feasible?
Hello everyone,
I currently rely on VOIP on my PC for making calls and use a separate mobile number for when I’m on the go, including apps like WhatsApp. I’m looking to streamline things by using just one mobile number that I can use both at my desk and while traveling. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks!

Yes, it is definitely possible to consolidate your VOIP service and mobile number into a single mobile solution! Here are a few options you could consider:
Mobile VoIP Apps: Many VOIP service providers offer mobile apps that allow you to use your existing VOIP number on your smartphone. Just download the app, log in with your account, and you can make calls using your VOIP service on your mobile device.
Dual SIM Phones: If you have a dual SIM phone, you could keep your VOIP service on one SIM and your mobile number on the other. This way, you can easily switch between the two numbers as needed.
Porting Your VOIP Number: If you want to keep your VOIP number as your primary contact number, consider porting it to a mobile provider. This way, you can use it like a regular mobile number and access it from your phone.
Unified Communication Services: Some services offer unified communication solutions that integrate VOIP, SMS, and other communication tools all under a single app. Look for providers that cater specifically to this for business or personal use.
Wi-Fi Calling on Mobile: Certain mobile carriers allow you to make calls over Wi-Fi using your mobile number. If your VOIP service is active on your PC, you may also be able to use it when connected to Wi-Fi on your phone.
Make sure to check the specifics with your VOIP provider and your mobile carrier to find the best option that meets your needs!
