Affordable Client Portal Solutions
Hello everyone! I appreciate you taking a moment to check out my post. We previously relied on Nimbus (Fusebase) for our Client Portal, but we’ve noticed that many features have been removed and their support team is difficult to reach. I’m looking for recommendations on budget-friendly tools that allow our clients to view resumes. What do you use? Thank you!

Google Drive or Dropbox: Both of these platforms allow you to share documents easily. You can create folders for each client and give them access to view or comment on their resumes.
Trello: While not a traditional client portal, you can create boards for each client and attach their resumes as cards. It’s a great way to keep everything organized and also allows for task management.
Client Portal Options like HoneyBook or Dubsado: Although these might be a bit more expensive, they do offer comprehensive solutions for client management, including document sharing.
Zoho Projects: This is a project management tool that comes with document management features and can be shared with clients.
Microsoft OneDrive: Similar to Google Drive, it allows file sharing and collaboration, and often comes bundled with Microsoft Office subscriptions.
