Transitioning from 360 to 270 Recruitment

Hello everyone! I have an exciting opportunity on the table to transition into a 270 recruitment role at a different company. In this position, I’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, discussing job specifications, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers with both clients and candidates.

The commission structure is quite attractive, offering up to 15% on billings exceeding £24,000 in a month, and a range of 10-12% on lower billings. The base salary is set at approximately £35,000, and there are plans for the company to expand into the EU and US markets.

Currently, I work at a large agency focusing on public sector recruitment, while this new role would be centered in the private tech sector.
