Are there any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically intended for online communities?
I manage a WhatsApp group with around 800 job seekers and hiring managers, and I’m looking for a better way to organize job postings and candidates. Currently, everyone just shares information, which feels disorganized and ineffective. Does anyone have any recommendations?

It’s great to hear that you’re building a community of job seekers and hiring managers! Organizing your community can indeed make the process more efficient and helpful for everyone involved. Here are a few suggestions for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools that could work well for your WhatsApp community:
Trello or Asana: These project management tools allow you to create boards for candidates and job openings. You can set up lists for job categories, candidate profiles, application statuses, and more. Each card can represent a candidate or job, which can be easily moved between lists as they progress.
Slack with Integrations: If you’re open to moving beyond WhatsApp, Slack offers channels and integrations that can help streamline communication. You can create specific channels for different job categories or types of candidates. You can also integrate ATS tools like Greenhouse or Lever for better tracking.
Jobber Base: This tool is specifically designed for job seekers and recruiters. It can help you manage candidates and jobs all in one place, making it easier to organize and track everything.
Google Workspace: You could set up a shared Google Sheet to track job openings and applicants. This method can be very basic but provides flexibility and allows everyone in the group to access and update information quickly.
LinkedIn Groups: If you prefer to stay within a platform dedicated to professional networking, consider creating a LinkedIn Group. This way, you can post job openings, share candidate profiles, and facilitate discussions more organized than in WhatsApp.
Discord: Another platform that allows for organized communication is Discord. You can create different channels for job postings, candidate introductions, and more. Plus, the built-in voice and video features can facilitate real-time discussions.
Facebook Groups: If your community is open to it, a Private Facebook Group might offer additional features for organizing posts, files, and job listings.
Choose a solution that best fits the needs and tech-savviness of your community. A more organized approach will help everyone make the most of their job search and hiring efforts. Good luck!
