Which platforms did you rely on for recruiting in 2024?
As the year wraps up, I think it’s important for us to share the platforms and key tools we’ve utilized for work and sourcing. Personally, I’ve had good experiences with RocketDevs, Upwork, and Fiverr. What about you all?

Great post! In 2024, I found several platforms to be particularly effective for recruiting. Here are some of my go-to choices:
LinkedIn – It remains a top choice for professional networking and finding quality candidates, thanks to its vast database and targeted search options.
GitHub – For tech roles, especially developers, GitHub is invaluable. You can gauge a candidate’s skills directly through their code contributions and projects.
AngelList – If you’re in the startup space, AngelList is great for connecting with candidates who are interested in fast-paced, innovative environments.
Hired – This platform enables companies to connect with pre-vetted tech talent, streamlining the hiring process significantly.
Stack Overflow Jobs – Another solid option for sourcing tech talent, especially for developers who are active in the programming community.
Each platform has its strengths based on the roles we’re recruiting for, so it’s great to have a mix in our toolkit. What have been your experiences with these or other platforms?
