Looking for Rental Access to Sourcing Platforms!
Hello Everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well!
I wanted to reach out to see if there’s a possibility to access sourcing platforms like CareerBuilder, DICE, or Resume Library on a rental basis. As a freelancer, I currently can’t commit to an annual subscription.
Any guidance on how to obtain access to these platforms for U.S. recruitment would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Hi there!
I understand that the costs associated with sourcing platforms can be quite high, especially for freelancers. Here are a few options you might consider:
Trial Periods: Many platforms like CareerBuilder or DICE offer free trial periods. Check if you can sign up for these to access the features you need temporarily.
Monthly Subscriptions: Some platforms may allow monthly subscriptions instead of annual payments. This could be more manageable for your budget.
Discounted Access: Look for discounted access for freelancers or small businesses. Occasionally, platforms run promotions or have discounted rates.
Networking: Sometimes, fellow recruiters or colleagues might share access or have accounts they aren’t using. Networking with other recruiters can open up opportunities for collaboration.
Alternative Platforms: Consider exploring other job boards and sourcing platforms that might have lower costs or free access. Websites like Indeed and LinkedIn also have job postings and resumes you can access.
Local Recruiter Groups: Joining local recruiting organizations or groups might give you access to resources and platforms at a reduced cost.
I hope one of these options helps you find the access you need! Good luck with your freelance work!
Best,
