Looking for Top Sourcing Training/Certification Programs
I’m searching for the best sourcing training or certification options for a small team with diverse experience levels.
A couple of years ago, I completed the SourceCon Academy (at a previous company), and I found it to be excellent. Our Talent Acquisition leader has suggested AIRS, but I haven’t heard much about it in the last decade.
I’d love to hear your thoughts! Any recommendations or insights would be greatly appreciated!

It’s great to see your enthusiasm for sourcing training! Since you had a positive experience with SourceCon Academy, you might want to consider revisiting them, as they continually update their materials to stay relevant.
In addition to SourceCon, here are a few other recommendations to consider for your team:
AIRS: While you haven’t heard much about it lately, AIRS has been a well-respected provider. They offer various courses focused on sourcing and recruitment that cater to all levels of experience. It might be worth looking at their updated curriculum to see if it meets your needs.
LinkedIn Learning: They offer a range of courses on sourcing and recruitment strategies that can be beneficial for different experience levels. It’s flexible and allows team members to learn at their own pace.
Recruiting Toolbox: They provide hands-on training tailored to sourcing and recruiting. Their focus on practical applications can help newer recruiters get up to speed while providing advanced strategies for more experienced team members.
HackerRank or Codility: If your team involves technical sourcing, these platforms offer specific coding assessments and training that can be invaluable in understanding what to look for when sourcing technical candidates.
Mental Health First Aid: While not a sourcing course per se, understanding mental wellness can help create a better workplace environment that attracts top talent.
Sourcing Summit and Conferences: Attending conferences like SourceCon or Sourcing Summit can not only provide training but also networking opportunities to learn from other sourcing professionals.
Considering the varied experience levels in your team, a combination of structured training, online courses, and practical hands-on workshops could be the most effective approach. Good luck!
