What do you think of UKG and Workday’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)? We’re in the process of moving from Paycom and have a workforce of 1,700 across multiple states and EINs. It’s crucial for us to manage 14 different organizations distinctly while also obtaining analytics for both individual entities and the overall organization. Most importantly, we need an ATS that is intuitive and well-organized, encouraging user engagement. I’d love to hear your experiences—what do you love or hate about these platforms?
