Looking for recommendations on ATS/CRM software for a startup!
Our company is in the early stages, and we’re searching for a system that integrates well with LinkedIn Recruiter while offering client-side options and robust analytics and reporting features. Since we won’t be hiring internally much, our main focus is attracting talent to our platform as a service. We’re not interested in a pay-per-use model.
Currently, we’re demoing Workable, Breezy, Zoho, Bullhorn, Ashby, and Recruit CRM. We’re based in Germany and would appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!

Hi there! It sounds like you’re on the right track with your demos. Each of the platforms you’re evaluating has its strengths, and choosing the right one can really depend on your specific needs. Here are a few suggestions tailored to your criteria:
Greenhouse: This is a popular choice among startups and offers excellent integration capabilities, including with LinkedIn Recruiter. Its analytics and reporting features are robust, allowing you to track your recruitment efforts effectively.
Lever: Lever is another strong contender, especially for early startups. It combines ATS and CRM functionalities smoothly, enables collaboration within teams, and has great reporting capabilities. It also integrates well with various tools, including LinkedIn.
SmartRecruiters: This platform provides a user-friendly interface and a solid set of integration options. It’s known for its strong candidate experience features and has good analytics tools to help you make data-driven decisions.
Workable: Since you’re already demoing this, it’s worth noting that Workable is well-regarded for its ease of use and strong integrations. It has powerful analytics and is specifically designed for businesses looking to grow their talent base.
BambooHR: Although it’s primarily an HR management tool, BambooHR has applicant tracking features and offers integrations that may suit your needs. It’s known for its reporting capabilities and user-friendly interface.
Since you are focused on attracting talent to use your platform and not heavily hiring internally, it might also be worth considering platforms that specialize in candidate engagement and sourcing.
Lastly, since your company is based in Germany, ensure that the software complies with GDPR regulations to protect candidate data.
Good luck with your search, and feel free to reach out if you have more questions!
