What Additional Insights Do You Provide Clients Alongside Candidate Profiles?

Hello everyone,

I’m curious to know if, when you send candidate profiles to clients, you also share any extra insights or data.

For instance, do you offer information on market trends, candidate availability, the screening process (such as candidates currently available in the market, who has been screened and interviewed, reasons for rejections, key motivations for candidates to join, etc.)?

If you do share additional insights, what specifics do you typically include? If you don’t, is it due to a lack of practice, or do you believe it’s not a necessity?
