Looking for Access to Sourcing Platforms on a Temporary Basis
Hello everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well!
I’m currently on the lookout for temporary access to sourcing platforms like CareerBuilder, DICE, or Resume Library. As a freelancer, I’m unable to invest in an annual subscription at the moment.
If anyone has suggestions or ways to access these platforms for US recruitment on a rental basis, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Thank you!

Hi there!
I understand that subscription costs for sourcing platforms can be a bit steep, especially when you’re freelancing. While renting access to these platforms isn’t typically an option, here are some alternatives you might consider:
Trial Periods: Many platforms offer free trials or limited-time access. You could take advantage of these to start sourcing candidates.
Job Boards: Consider using free job boards like Indeed, Glassdoor, or LinkedIn. While they may not have the same extensive databases as premium platforms, they can still be effective for finding candidates.
Networking: Leverage your professional network. Join industry-related groups on social media or platforms like LinkedIn and connect with others who might share leads or resources.
Collaborative Access: If you have contacts who are already subscribed to these platforms, see if they would be willing to allow you to use their access occasionally or partner with them on projects.
Freemium Services: Some platforms may offer limited free access with basic features. Explore those options as a starting point.
University Resources: If you’re affiliated with a university (as an alumni, for example), check if they have subscriptions you could use.
Discount Programs: Look out for discounts or offers that platforms might provide for freelancers or small businesses.
Hope this helps, and best of luck with your recruitment efforts!
Best,
